Store Policy Information

Warranty Policy:

Parts & Bikes bought through Kickstand Fix that are approved by manufacturer for Warranty Replacement will have Labor charges covered by Kickstand Fix For 1 Year from purchase date. After 1 year customer is responsible for associated Labor costs. Parts & Products not bought from Kickstand Fix will be charged a $30.00 warranty Processing Fee and the customer will be responsible for all associated install costs.

Special Order Policy:

Customer is required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE special order deposit of 50%. Customer is bound to the products received regardless of shipping delays

Shipping Policy:

Kickstand Fix is not responsible for any shipping delays due to parts and bicycle availability from manufacturer.
